Mensaje para ciudadanos, empresas y entidades
El portal CAT365 ya no es el punto de acceso para informar a los ciudadanos de los trámites y gestiones que pueden realizar.
El nuevo portal de trámites de la Generalitat de Cataluña es desde el 11 de enero de 2010 la Oficina Virtual de Trámites, que informa de los trámites que se pueden realizar por Internet, por teléfono y presencialmente, entre ciudadanos, empresas o entidades, y la Generalitat de Cataluña.

Mensaje para empleados públicos y operadores telefónicos
El acceso del personal de los departamentos y de las entidades relacionadas para gestionar internamente los trámites del CAT365 sigue funcionando como hasta ahora, accediendo a los portales específicos de cada colectivo:
- Para empleados públicos y entidades relacionadas: Usuario y contraseña de Epoca o del portal en caso de no tenerlo.
- Para los operadores del 012: Usuario y contraseña del portal.
